EOSIS in New Brighton, MN is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and teams through sensitive life events and organizational change. The role focuses on strategic partnerships and hands-on HR support to drive workforce effectiveness.

As an HRBP, you’ll deliver hands-on employee relations support, build strong partnerships with operational leaders, and align workforce strategies with EOSIS’s mission to help individuals recover and thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar consulting role.
• Ability to develop partnerships with operational leaders to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Strong employee relations and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and business units across EOSIS.
• Provide hands-on employee relations support and coaching to managers.
• Support workforce engagement, retention, and organizational goals.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted Human Resources partner to assigned leaders and business units across EOSIS. HRBP provides hands‑on employee relations support while developing strong partnerships with operational leaders to support workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and organizational goals.

The HRBP serves as a consultant, coach, and resource to leaders while partnering with other members of Human Resources, Compliance, Operations, and organizational leadership.

Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 Annually

Shift: Full-Time
