HCA Healthcare, Inc. Sunrise Hospital is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic human resources support across one or more facilities.

You will collaborate with leaders to shape people strategies, policies, and programs to foster a productive workplace culture. You will partner with senior HR leadership, advise on learning and organizational development, support employee relations investigations, and assist with compensation planning and leave administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant work experience required
• At least 1 year in an HR department required

• Provide observations related to departmental issues to help develop initiatives
• Advise managers on learning and organizational development, program implementation, completion of employee development plans and updating the succession plans
• Support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations
• Prepare managers for the compensation planning process and provide compensation budget information
• Perform workers' comp intake processing, support applicable employee leave of absence or return to work administration at facility level

Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role you will provide strategic human resources support at one or more HCA Healthcare FL Sunrise Hospital. You will work with a team to create a desired workplace culture. Your role will engage and influence a productive workforce through policies, programs and practices.

What you will do in this role:

What you should have for this role:

• Bachelor's degree, required
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience, required
• 1 or more of those years experience must be in a HR department, required
