We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-paced organization supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, strategic environment and has significant Employee Relations and Investigations experience.
This is not a traditional HR Generalist position. The ideal candidate will be a polished, strategic HRBP who can quickly step into the business, independently manage complex employee relations matters, coach leaders, and provide sound guidance with minimal ramp-up.
Schedule– Hybrid – Mon-Thurs in office, Friday – WFH
Contract Length– Thru January 2027, with possible extension
The successful candidate will be a confident and strategic HR professional who can walk into a complex environment and immediately begin supporting leadership. Employee Relations will represent approximately 60–70% of the role, so hands‑on experience managing sensitive employee matters, investigations, performance issues, and leader coaching is essential.
