Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, shape people strategy, and drive a high-performance culture across our Ventura multi-site organization.

In this role you will partner with leaders to develop talent, manage workforce planning, and navigate change in a fast-paced environment. The position offers hybrid work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role).
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and change management.
  • Experience supporting leaders in multi-site, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and influence across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.

  • Lead and support employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coach leaders on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development.

  • Lead change management initiatives such as restructures, growth efforts, new leader onboarding, and team integrations.
  • Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, promotions, exit trends) and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver best-in-class HR support.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development

  • Lead and support employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role)
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and change management
  • Experience supporting leaders in multi-site, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competency
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders with varying levels of experience
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
