This role will partner directly with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, lead through change, and implement people strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and talent development, and someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on recruiting, performance management and workforce planning.
• Use people analytics and key HR metrics to assess trends, present insights, and inform data driven decisions.
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance to managers on complex HR issues in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Support the design and implementation of succession planning, talent development and retention strategies.
• Partner with leadership on change management initiatives and engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and maintain up to date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards and Recruiting to align with the business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience supporting diverse client groups.
• Proven success using data and HR metrics to influence strategic decisions.
• Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance frameworks, and HR policy development.
• Strong relationship management, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and facilitating performance improvement.
