Job summary

FIRST RF is seeking a self-motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support full-cycle recruiting and streamline internal HR processes. You will collaborate with the C-Suite, engineers, and hiring managers to refine SOPs, coordinate onboarding, and manage background checks and E-Verify cases in HRIS, while promoting a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes strong written communication, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security clearance may be required.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist with full cycle recruiting and enhancing internal processes.
