US Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment and Placement/OA) to support the DEO Call Center. You will assist applicants, handle recruitment tasks, and generate reports using Excel and USA Staffing.

The major duties of the HR Assistant (Recruitment and Placement/OA) position within the Delegated Examining Office (DEO) Call Center include, but are not limited to:
Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Compressed/Flexible: May be available at supervisor's discretion
Telework: This position may be authorized for ad hoc telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. Ad hoc is defined as occasional, non-recurring telework.
