Job summary

Job description

C2SC is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join their HR Team. Positions may be located at any of the listed locations.

This is an open continuous announcement to build a pool of available applicants. Candidates will be referred as vacancies arise.

Duties
  • Perform technical support primarily in recruitment and staffing.
  • Extend job offers, conduct pre-employment screenings, and assist with pre-employment processes.
  • Use automated systems to track personnel actions and update their status.
  • Coordinate entrance on duty dates, prepare new hire paperwork, and conduct orientation briefings.
Requirements
  • Must have Direct Deposit and a Social Security Card.
  • Meet all qualification, eligibility, and background requirements.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Occasional travel for training to off-site locations.
  • Complete employment verification (E-Verify).
  • Complete CHRA NAF Career Path I within 18 months of placement.
Qualifications

NF-02 (Developmental)

Six months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience demonstrating HR tasks and systems proficiency, reflected on your resume.

NF-03

  • Six months of HR experience in recruitment and staffing.
  • Experience with automated HR systems (e.g., USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work with various HR information systems.

Highly Preferred: Prior experience in a NAF HR Office in recruitment and placement. Applicants with this experience will be prioritized.
