Job Overview

Seeking a Human Resources Assistant Level III with strong time management skills and attention to detail. The role involves performing administrative tasks to support the Human Resources Department's effective operation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing and entering employee data into the database from digital documents.
  • Verifying data accuracy against source documents.
  • Providing reliable information to employees and management, answering questions, and addressing complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including new hire documents, corrective actions, performance evaluations, and training forms.
  • Sorting emails for the HR department.
  • Monitoring unemployment claims and verifying employee status.
  • Leading efforts with workers’ compensation claims and workplace investigations.
  • Assisting with ad hoc reporting and event planning such as employee recognition and celebrations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide timely updates and reports.
  • Familiarity with HR department operations.
  • Teamwork and independent work capacity.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel, and relevant HR software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
