Overview

Recruitment Number 22-0358. This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified candidates to fill the current vacancies and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.

Duties Summary

Performs substantive human resources clerical work which requires an examination of the contents of documents and the exercise of judgment to determine the proper course of action; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Legal Authorization To Work Requirement
    The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
  • General Experience: One year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
  • Specialized Experience: Two years of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
  • Substitutions Allowed: Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements, will apply.
