About The Role

Job Description – Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be a key member of our HR team, providing hands-on support in day-to-day operations and long-term talent strategies. From recruitment assistance to file management and employee engagement, you’ll help build an employee experience that reflects Fusion CX’s high standards of care and compliance.

This is an on-site position based in Boca Raton, Florida, ideal for HR professionals looking for meaningful Florida jobs in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other workplace matters
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Support current and future business goals by enhancing employee engagement, motivation, and retention
  • Monitor and improve HR systems, strategies, and procedures across the organization
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
  • Provide strategic HR insights and reporting to management through data-driven metrics
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all areas of human resource management
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all tasks while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Enter and manage employee data in HR systems and databases
  • Coordinate HR meetings, employee events, and internal communications
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency in all functions
  • Maintain well-organized, confidential employee records in both physical and digital formats

Job Requirements – Human Resources Assistant

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar human resources role. Candidates with 1 year of experience in recruiting is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and human resource information systems (HRIS)
  • Demonstrated success in managing HR functions and initiatives
  • People-focused with a strong results-driven mindset
  • Experience working with HR metrics, reports, and analytics
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, databases, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively, negotiate effectively, and present confidently
  • Highly competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
