Job Summary

Directs and manages the Human Resources functions including recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance, and employee relations to support hotel operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead recruitment efforts and manage employee onboarding and retention strategies.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance and positive work environment.
  3. Oversee wage and benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  4. Supervise employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of personnel records and HR documentation.
  6. Support organizational culture and community initiatives.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of hotel management experience at the Department Head level or above.
  • Proven leadership and HR knowledge, including legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
