The Human Resources Administrative Assistant supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources and Training functions by providing administrative support, records management, employee support, and training coordination. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders; supports recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinates training assignments, and ensures HR and training documentation is maintained in accordance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations. The position requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to support employees across all levels of the site. This role will be based at Curia’s Rensselaer, New York, manufacturing facility.
This role does not have supervisory responsibilities
The physical demands of this role are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations made as appropriate. The work environment will primarily include office but may occasionally include manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse areas. The office environment is generally designed for comfort and productivity, while the pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environment may require personal protective equipment depending on the task.
