Responsibilities
- Understand and track company attendance policies and other related policies.
- Manually track specific data for records.
- Review timecards using the ADP system.
- Mail out documentation as required.
- File and organize documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in timekeeping.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with payroll and administrative support.
- Ability to view and understand timecards and company policies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office.
- Associates Degree.
Work Environment
The role is fully onsite, located on the second floor in a cubicle environment. The work schedule is flexible between 8 AM and 5 PM. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and includes the potential for a letter of recommendation HR if performance is commendable.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
