Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, identify staffing needs, coordinate hiring activities, and promote an outstanding candidate experience.
• Conduct compensation analyses by evaluating internal equity, market data, and salary recommendations to support recruitment, retention, promotions, transfers, and organizational initiatives.
• Assist employees with health, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs, including enrollments, qualifying life events, benefit questions, vendor coordination, and annual enrollment activities.
• Coordinate unemployment claims by responding to Texas Workforce Commission requests, preparing documentation, monitoring claim activity, and supporting workforce compliance efforts.
• Participate in strategic Human Resources initiatives involving HRIS, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Utilize HR data and reporting tools to identify trends, improve processes, and support organizational decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Working closely with leaders and employees throughout the organization, this role delivers responsive, data-driven, and customer-focused Human Resources solutions that support organizational goals while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

This position performs professional-level Human Resources work requiring the interpretation and application of Human Resources policies, procedures, and employment regulations. The Human Resources Analyst – Generalist coordinates recruitment activities, conducts compensation analyses, assists employees with benefits programs, administers Texas Workforce Commission unemployment processes, and participates in strategic Human Resources projects.
