Summit Companies is seeking an Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to the corporate HR team in Mendota Heights, MN. You will manage employee records, assist onboarding/offboarding, and handle HR transactions in Oracle HCM while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
The role requires 1–3 years of HR or office support experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate HR team. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, managing HR transactions within Oracle HCM, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across HR processes.
