SUMMARY
Provide day-to-day administrative and other functional support to the company, including establishing a professional and customer service-oriented atmosphere to individuals calling or visiting Centrinex. Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR functions and provide basic HR support services for employees.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist the department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees; answer questions and requests; assist with research and/or special projects.
Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports.
Ensure smooth, efficient execution of the front desk.
Provide prompt resolution to inquiries by providing accurate information utilizing good telephone demeanor.
Handle sensitive and confidential data and files.
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Answer telephones and transfer them to the appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, printing, creating and editing correspondence, mailing, and filing.
Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain and distribute staff schedules and changes.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned; personal ongoing development.
Provide office orientation for new employees, as needed.
