Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #4384 in Mount Pleasant, SC is looking for a Human Resources Associate to assist leadership with recruitment, staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs, in alignment with Walmart HR programs.

You will analyze HR issues, provide guidance on execution of company initiatives, support development and succession planning, and help ensure a compliant, productive, and engaged workforce across the store.

Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
