Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Human Resources Associate to support recruitment, staffing, scheduling, development, succession planning, and performance needs in collaboration with store leadership.

You will help implement HR programs and provide guidance on initiatives, contributing to a productive, compliant work environment. This is a full-time role with a focus on hiring and staff development.

• Support execution of company HR programs and initiatives, and analyze HR-related issues to guide actions.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
