Responsibilities
- Guiding employees on HR procedures, addressing workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Process new hire paperwork and manage employee files.
- Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Understand and implement our policies and procedures.
- Update and monitor information within the HR database and generate reports as needed.
- Put together offer packets from our recruiters in preparation for quality review.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Human Resource Specialist
- SHRM-CP Certification
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations along with required government reporting.
- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Desired:
- Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint
- Payroll processing
