Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager III to lead U.S. and Canadian payroll operations from Wayne, PA in a hybrid environment. The role requires managing schedules, reconciliations, reporting, and tax filings with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The candidate will mentor the payroll team, drive process improvements and automation, and collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and senior leadership to maintain KPIs and effective payroll performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Strong U.S. & Canadian payroll and tax compliance knowledge.
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (ADP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end U.S. & Canadian payroll operations
• Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with IRS, CRA, state/provincial, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team
