This is a professional position reporting to and assisting the Chief of Human Resources with the personnel functions of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and is responsible for guiding the daily operations of part the Human Resources office, providing supervision and direction/consultation to 2 Human Resources’ staff members. You will be expected to manage the agency’s employee relations, performance management, FMLA, FSWP, Worker’s Comp, Record management and Time and Attendance programs.
