Our Client, Take Profit Trader is a high-growth trading company driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a commitment to empowering traders worldwide. They’re scaling rapidly—and to keep pace, they need aHuman Resource Managerwho is as strategic as they are hands‑on.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
  • Leading the transition of contractors (1099) to W-2 employee status in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Evaluating, selecting, and optimizing payroll systems for performance and compliance.
  • Designing and launching scalable benefits packages (insurance, PTO, etc.)
  • Building foundational HR policies, handbooks, and documentation to support company growth.
  • Spearheading compliance initiatives, audits, and documentation.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, high-touch employee experience.
  • Advising leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR strategies.
  • Handling day-to-day HR tasks: employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and more.
  • Partnering with finance and operations on compensation structure, payroll, and policy alignment.
  • Building scalable HR projects that support company culture, engagement, and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of hands‑on HR execution—from payroll setup to policy development.
  • Experience transitioning teams from contractor to employee status.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits management.
  • Experience working with HR/payroll systems (Gusto, ADP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
