The Opportunity

Sageview Consulting, a national HR consulting firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in a unique on-site role supporting one of our premier clients, Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences of Boca Raton, a respected senior living community known for its compassionate culture and commitment to excellence.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR operations for Independent Living, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Administration (Primary Focus)

• Administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability, and retirement plans
• Lead and manage annual open enrollment, including employee communications and vendor coordination
• Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations within ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Support employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and performance-related issues
• Partner with leadership and the VP of HR on HR strategy and operational initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and organizational policies
• Support payroll, HRIS reporting, audits, and reconciliations
• Assist in developing and improving HR processes that enhance efficiency and the employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, or 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant hands-on benefits administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred; comparable HRIS experience required
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and employment law compliance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work on site in Boca Raton 5 days per week
