Position Overview

Provides day‑to‑day, professional Human Resource services to our business unit, local management, and employees in our California and Texas offices. Focuses on delivering high‑performance, caring, and purpose‑driven services for a diverse workforce, supporting the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Assist facilitator integration in employee relation areas to support and develop management groups, including conducting audits, training, and outcome reporting.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist employees with benefits and pay related inquiries.
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional development.
• Collaborate with management and other specialists to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Assist with performance management processes.
• Manage HR related documentation, such as offers, contracts, visas, and handbooks.
• Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR professional or related role.
• Ability to coach managers, conduct thorough investigations, and facilitate management training.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws regarding FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and related regulations.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
