Job summary

Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with plant management on Recruitment, Training, Performance evaluation, Safety, employee relations and diversity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience in a production setting and be knowledgeable about federal and state employment laws. Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have HR experience as an HR Generalist level and will be responsible for strategically partnering with plant management in the following areas:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Displays high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
