• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support disciplinary procedures by documenting incidents, conducting investigations, and ensuring consistent application of policies.
• Coordinate and participate in performance review processes, providing training and resources to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with affirmative action plans and equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Summary

The Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the employee lifecycle within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position is responsible for administering benefits, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management processes to foster a productive and positive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:
