• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs
• Ability to effectively use scheduling software

As a Human Resources Expert, your typical day will include responsibilities such as:

• Collaborating with your HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, understanding guest needs, and ensuring the right experience and enthusiasm in the store.
• Leading recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire qualified candidates.
• Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning.
• Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take appropriate actions.
• Delivering HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruptions.
• Supporting compliance with company policies to mitigate risks.
• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Engaging with guests to solve their needs and expressing appreciation for their shopping experience.
• Demonstrating ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Working safely, reporting hazards, and following safety policies.
• Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.
