Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Professional to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, embedding cyber resiliency into weapon systems and coordinating manpower planning.

An active Secret clearance is required, with advanced degree or extensive DoD experience, plus demonstrated teamwork, problem solving, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Master's or Doctorate in related field with 10 years of DoD/DoW experience or Bachelor's in HR with 12 years DoD experience or 15 years related DoD experience with certifications.
• Experience with DoD civilian manpower systems, GS and Acq Demo, and manpower authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on manpower processes for manpower programs.
• Provide CROWS liaison functions to AF offices and CROWS representatives.
• Coordinate manpower allocation across participating centers.
• Build manpower planning briefings for leadership and working groups.
• Assist with DoD and DAF program analysis and planning activities.
• Work directly with CROWS staff and stakeholders.

Position Summary

Credence has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity Professional at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for 'baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of 'critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems.

CROWS is primarily located at two locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) and Wright-Patterson AFB. There are CROWS personnel located in various locations throughout the AF to provide cyber resiliency support. The major functional areas within CROWS are as follows:

• CROWS Leadership
• Acquisition Support to increase system security engineering principles into acquisition community
• Manpower, Education and Training
• Intelligence integration to increase cyber posture
• Management of data reporting and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities and risks
  • Data capture, repository and analytics to enable risk-based decision making
  • Inquiry management and adjudication to respond to external inquiries on cyber posture
  • Gap analysis of cyber risks for a comprehensive understanding of risk
• Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Projects

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Working with multiple AFLCMC personnel offices and functional leads to track and report on execution of manpower processes.
• Providing CROWS liaison functions to key personnel agencies, including Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Center CROWS representatives, personnel offices, and functional leads.
• Coordinating with CROWS manpower stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation and distribution of personnel.
• Supporting and recording the planning of manpower allocations across all participating manpower centers.
• Building manpower planning briefings for working groups, leadership, and other appropriate forums.
• Assisting with manpower planning, tracking, and reporting of hiring and personnel management activities related to CROWS manpower authorizations.
• Managing manpower authorizations as a key member of a high-impact, fast-paced, high-visibility team.
• Assisting with DoD and DAF program/project analysis, including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.
• Working directly with CROWS staff.

• Must have an active or current Secret security clearance.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD
• OR bachelor's degree in a Human Resource or related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD
• OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.
• Certificate in human resources.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience working DoW/DoD personnel actions and experience with civilian manpower systems, including GS and Acq Demo.
• Experience with manpower authorization transfers to and from other locations/unit manning documents.
• Experience with military assignments, including permanent changes of assignment and permanent changes of station.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, and multi-tasking.
