HR Coordinator – Renton, WA
Location: Renton, WA
Job Type: Contract To Hire

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Renton.
You’ll support a variety of HR functions—from payroll and benefits to onboarding, compliance, and employee communications. This is a hands-on role with a mix of administrative and operational tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process HRIS updates (hiring, terminations, benefits, direct deposit, etc.)
  • Assist with onboarding, background checks, and I-9 reverification
  • Maintain employee files and support internal communications
  • Help with payroll changes, benefits termination, and offboarding
  • Coordinate employee recognition and company events
  • Track insurance documents and support OSHA reporting
  • Manage open enrollment logistics and compliance materials

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care
  • Prior HR support experience is a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
