Job summary

Illuminus is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Wisconsin. You will partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives, guide policy application, and support workforce development across departments and facilities.

The role includes performance coaching, talent acquisition oversight, and employee relations investigations, with up to 40% day travel. A BA/BS in HR or related field is required; advanced HR credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 1 Bachelor degree in HRM, Business or related field.
• Advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Support transitions including exits and exit interviews.

Summary

• Conduct regular meetings with respective department/facility leadership
• Work with leadership and staff to implement effective transitions including the separation and exit interview process
• Consult with management providing human resource guidance when appropriate to ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently applied
• Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
• Identify training needs for department/facility(ies) and individual leadership coaching
• Provide oversight of talent acquisition and onboarding process. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations and providing advice/recommendation to management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
• Additional human resources activities and other duties as needed.
• Up to 40% day travel.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

• 4-6+ years’ progressive human resource experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field required.
• Advanced degree and/or HR certification(s) preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Power Point, and Access; Paylocity or other HRIS
