Assist in the development of communications and training around new enhancements delivered. Assist with coordinating employee engagement events, lunches, and corporate HR programs in order to foster positive employee morale and interaction.
- Facilitate various LMS and Video compliance and safety training sessions for new employees and front line employees.
- Administrative duties including: Order supplies, sort mail, greet visitors to the plant. Scanning, copying and maintaining employee files, training files, and grievance records. Keep up to date with current and term employee files.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Support HR Team on administration of employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:- Associates degree or hour equivalent in Human Resources, business, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field or active enrollment.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working in a Union facility preferred.
- Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday.
