In this position, you will serve as the time advisor for SCI Houtzdale and Quehanna Boot Camp, responsible for the Time Administration Program for both facilities. You will provide specialized guidance and analysis regarding SAP time issues to facility timekeepers, employees, managers, and supervisors. Your duties include researching and providing timely, complete, and detailed information for HR transactions such as reassignments, leave payouts, and reclassifications, along with related correspondence and forms. You will review, input, and adjust SAP data regarding employee attendance, leave, work schedules, and payroll. Additional responsibilities involve resolving pay and time-related issues by evaluating information, time records, documents, policies, and contracts; auditing timekeepers; conducting monthly audits; and coordinating temporary out-of-class assignments.
