Job summary

LaSalle Southeast LLC seeks an HR Specialist to support the Irwin County Detention Center in Ocilla, GA. You will handle employee relations, ensure compliance with EEO procedures, administer HR policies, and oversee Workers’ Compensation processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), has a valid driver's license, and prefers supervisory experience and SHRM

Rate of pay: $17.75

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Working knowledge in a SCA environment
• Knowledge and experience with Worker’s Compensation processes and regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field; or a combination of education and experience.
• Valid unexpired driver’s license
• Previous supervisory experience, preferred
• HR Certification (SHRM), preferred
