Your Impact at Lila

As our Human Resonance Operations Manager (equivalent to a People Operations Leader), you’ll own the operational backbone of our People function—leading programs that scale intentionally and designing systems supporting clarity, agility, and global expansion.

This is an M3-level leadership role, managing our People Operations and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders. You’ll shape tools, processes, and rhythms that enable Lila to grow swiftly and sustainably while maintaining a human-centered experience.

You’ll lead through building—implementing global mobility policies, establishing new HRIS workflows, and partnering with Finance and Legal to streamline workflows across disciplines, operating at the core of a fast-scaling company committed to long-term growth.

What You'll Be Building

  • Own and Lead Core People Operations
    • Oversee daily People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, compliance, and workforce data management
    • Build scalable infrastructure supporting a distributed, hybrid workforce
    • Act as strategic owner for People systems, process design, and workflow excellence
  • Design the Infrastructure Behind Our Growth
    • Lead HRIS operations, automations, and integrations (e.g., Talent, Payroll, Finance)
    • Create internal documentation, templates, and resources to support high-speed, high-trust decision-making
  • Enable Managers and Teams
    • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to deliver operational clarity and seamless processes
    • Serve as the link between policy, practice, and people experience
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects
    • Manage projects with Legal, Finance, Talent, and DEIB teams
    • Drive initiatives on workforce planning, People data strategy, and hybrid work enablement
  • Mentor and Scale Operational Talent
    • Build and develop a small but impactful People Operations team over time
    • Promote a culture of clarity, accountability, and operational integrity

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven Operational Leadership
    • Experience leading People Operations in high-growth environments, designing scalable systems without sacrificing care or clarity
  • Builder Mentality
    • Comfort with ambiguity and launching programs from scratch; capable of making blueprints as needed
  • Systems Fluency
    • Confident navigating HRIS, ATS, LMS, and automation tools; understanding system integrations and data quality
  • Collaborative Confidence
    • Strong partnership skills across Finance, Legal, IT, and HR; understanding compliance, scalability, and culture
  • No Formal Requirements
    • We value your thinking and experience over formal degrees or certifications, which are optional
