Qualifications

• BS in Human Factors Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 5+ years of team management in a regulated medical device context.
• Experience in HF UX and user research project management.
• Experience with regulatory submissions for medical devices (IEC 62366, FDA guidance).

Responsibilities

• Lead usability engineering activities across multiple projects in a regulated design-controls environment.
• Mentor HF team members and translate design insights into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate usability research and testing, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
