MBDA is seeking a highly capable Human Factors Engineer to lead HF integration activities across weapon system concepting, development and research. You will engage with military users, prototype interfaces, and apply ergonomic principles to ensure safe, usable systems.

The role offers dynamic/hybrid working with opportunities to work internationally and participate in funded HF projects, supported by MBDA's development programs and extensive employee benefits.

Competenze

• Demonstrable understanding and experience of the application of Human Factors Integration & Human Factors Engineering.
• Experience in HCI/UX design and interface prototyping.
• Experience applying physical ergonomics to equipment design, including CAE tools.
• Good understanding of Systems Engineering and related disciplines.
