Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Human Capital advisor to help government clients optimize cyber workforce readiness. You will lead strategies in talent management, workforce planning, and analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams at the Washington, DC area client site.

Required TS/SCI clearance and ability to travel; master’s degree preferred and PMP/Prosci/CCMP certifications are advantageous. Competitive compensation and potential incentives are offered.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in human capital, workforce transformation, talent management, organizational change, or strategic transformation.
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, teams, or direct reports.
  • Experience in HR transformation, operations, and learning/workforce development programs.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills gap analysis, or talent management program implementation.
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, implementation plans, dashboards, analytics, or decision-support materials.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior human capital expertise to support cyber workforce optimization for a public sector client.
  • Stand up and operationalize the client’s cyber talent initiative including governance and implementation planning.
  • Develop strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, retention, and career management.
  • Conduct workforce planning, forecasting, and analytics with executive briefings and decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align workforce development, training modernization, and organizational planning.
  • Apply organizational design and change management to improve cyber workforce readiness and long-term effectiveness.

Work You’ll Do
  • Providing senior human capital expertise to support cyber workforce optimization initiatives for a public sector client
  • Supporting the stand-up and operationalization of the client’s cyber talent initiative, including talent management processes, governance, and implementation planning
  • Developing strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, selection, retention, career management, and workforce sustainment aligned to mission requirements
  • Conducting workforce planning, talent forecasting, and skills gap analyses; developing metrics, dashboards, analytics, executive briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leaders
  • Coordinating with cyber training, operational, and talent management stakeholders to align workforce development, training modernization, career development, and organizational planning efforts
  • Applying organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation practices to improve cyber workforce readiness, force generation, and long-term effectiveness

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in human capital, workforce transformation, talent management, organizational change, or strategic transformation
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, teams, or direct reports
  • Experience in human resources transformation, human resources operations, and learning, training, or workforce development programs
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills gap analysis, or talent management program implementation
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings, implementation plans, dashboards, analytics, or decision-support materials
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph
  • Ability to work on client site in the Washington, DC area
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in business, public administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience serving federal, state, or local government clients
  • Experience supporting cyber talent, technical workforce, or mission workforce initiatives
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, talent management policies, or workforce processes
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions across operational, training, and talent management functions
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci, or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
