OUR IMPACT

The Partner Experience team develops and implements our Partner compensation philosophy, policies, and practices globally, supporting our efforts to attract and retain top talent. This role involves liaising with departments such as Controllers, Legal, and Tax, and providing support to other HCM functions including Executive Compensation, Talent Advisors, Employee Relations, Equity Compensation, Reporting & Analytics, and Global Mobility Services.

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deliver high-quality service during key lifecycle moments like partner promotion, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining connectivity with alumni.
  2. Coordinate HR efforts to enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences for senior executives.
  3. Partner with Alumni Relations to leverage our alumni network and support initiatives by the Partnership Committee.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making for leadership.
  5. Collaborate with HCM functions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  6. Support the launch of platforms showcasing wealth creation opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and alignment.
  7. Create process documentation to ensure scalable and consistent execution across workstreams.
  8. Respond to ad hoc inquiries related to current and former Partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related HR field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and presenting insights; strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, critical thinking, and initiative.
  • Comfort with Excel functions including XLOOKUPs, nested formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with quality focus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this position in New York is $75,000-$100,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
