OUR IMPACT

The Business Compensation team develops and implements our compensation philosophy, policies, and practices worldwide, supporting our efforts to attract and retain top talent. This role involves liaising with departments such as Controllers, Legal, and Tax, and supporting other HCM functions like Employee Relations, Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, and Global Mobility Services.

JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Partner with HCM Business Partners to design divisional compensation programs and deliver projects aligned with firm and divisional strategies.
  2. Conduct benchmarking initiatives with consultants and HCM peers; provide key findings to divisional leadership throughout the year.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional HCM teams to structure new hire compensation packages.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation by engaging with the Firmwide Compensation team, driving efficiencies across the function.
  5. Analyze hiring and turnover trends to understand market movements and advise senior stakeholders on talent attraction and retention strategies.
  6. Assist in designing compensation programs and policies, including financial modeling and implementation planning.
  7. Manage compensation budgets in partnership with divisional finance teams and oversee the year-end compensation process.
  8. Review and approve various compensation transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related HR field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation or a related area.
  • Proficient in analyzing large data sets and presenting insights clearly.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships across HCM groups.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including vLookups, PivotTables, and formulas.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and escalation when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
