Mondrian Alpha is expanding its leadership in human capital consulting, seeking experienced talent to advise buy-side clients worldwide. We want professionals with 10+ years in management or human capital consulting, and a proven track record as Director/Principal/Partner; the ability to win significant fee income is essential.

Open to bases in New York, London, Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore, this role offers exposure to hedge funds, pension funds, private equity portcos and asset managers

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in management or human capital consulting with a proven track record as a Director, Principal, Partner winning significant fee income
• Industry verticals (one of) : Hedge funds, Pension funds, Private equity +/or portco's, Venture capital +/or portco's, Asset managers, Insurance companies
• Exceptional networker with demonstrated ability to cross-sell professional services and hit annual revenue goals

We ( Mondrian Alpha Mondrian Delta ) have created an incredible platform for leading human capital consulting talent to advise buy-side businesses globally, operating out of North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

For this phase of our growth, we are keen to hire experienced, visionary human capital consulting talent and/or those keen to switch into consulting.

Executive search, wider recruiting solutions and broad people advisory services is our core business today.

About you

• 10+ years experience in management or human capital consulting with a proven track record as a Director, Principal, Partner winning significant fee income
• Industry verticals (one of) : Hedge funds, Pension funds, Private equity +/or portco's, Venture capital +/or portco's, Asset managers, Insurance companies

OR

• Exceptional networker with demonstrated ability to cross-sell professional services and hit annual revenue goals

We are open to the role being based from New York, London, Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore.
