Hull Welder Repair/Fabrication Technician I

Position Overview

The Hull Welder Repair/Fabrication Technician will repair hull damage to rails, hull structure, cabin tops, and other metal areas according to OEM technical specifications in CONUS & OCONUS locations as required.

Responsibilities

1. Perform hull intermediate level maintenance and emergent repairs on assigned heavy equipment and boats to determine project scope, repairs, and replacements.
2. Perform MIG/TIG welding in accordance with Naval Ship standards.
3. Support boat and CESE repairs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting hull damage on heavy equipment and boats
• Moderate understanding of technical requirements
• Ability to work in a team and be flexible
• Willingness to travel overseas as required
• Possess or able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
• Ability to obtain a US Passport

Additional Information

The pay range is $26.07 - $29.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. The role may involve lifting up to 50 lbs, working in field environments, and travel within and outside the US. Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
