A highly successful neurosurgical private practice in the Carolinas is seeking a general neurosurgeon to join an established team at a beautiful location. The new neurosurgeon will operate at a Level II Trauma Center with nearly 300 beds, as well as a new non-trauma center. This opportunity offers a one-year income guarantee, after which the surgeon will transition to a proprietary compensation model that includes an ethical income sharing structure, positioned above the 95th percentile. The case mix will consist of approximately 80% spine and 20% cranial cases.
The current surgeon's schedule is booked through July, enabling immediate volume for the incoming neurosurgeon. The hospital features a biplane suite and supports endovascular procedures, with additional support for functional cases, including epilepsy and movement disorders, as well as cranial cases such as tumors and skull base surgeries. These subspecialties can be integrated within a general neurosurgery role.
The hospital is equipped with advanced technology, including Globus Robot with E3-D imaging, MRI, CT, Navigation, Radiosurgery, O-Arm, and C-Arm. Block OR time is available to facilitate complex cases.
