SMC seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Hudson Valley territory, representing the company in OEM account development and new business opportunities. The role requires regular travel within the region and collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions.

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for representing SMC in all business activities associated with new, current, and distributor account development. This position also has the responsibility to create and develop new business, new relationships to increase market share and obtain annual growth.

The Senior Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through the strategic deployment of automation solutions. By fostering strong relationships and delivering value-added services, the Senior Sales Engineer contributes to the overall success and expansion of the company's industrial automation business.
The expected salary range for this position is $54,495–$103,236 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
This position is also eligible to participate in SMC's Sales Incentive Program (SIP) and includes a company-provided vehicle with company-paid maintenance and fuel.
