As a Night Stocker, you'll become part of a highly-functioning team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, working together to meet common goals and sharing the nighttime work lifestyle. You will stock a large footprint in the Store, learning about multiple products and departments, which can serve as a foundation for career growth at H-E-B.

Job Responsibilities

Stocking

• Stock shelves, refill displays
• Load, unload, and move heavy products; may unload trucks
• Condition shelves and products
• Apply product knowledge, focusing on details like rotation dates and labeling
• Keep the department clean and organized
• Follow SOPs and leader directions
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently with a team, maintaining productivity standards
• Accept and apply feedback; possibly train other Stockers

Customer Service

• Work as part of a team, building cross-department relationships
• Model excellent customer service and hospitality
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions

Minimum Background Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
• Experience in physically demanding jobs a plus
• Forklift/power jack training provided upon hire

Physical Requirements
