Qualifications

• Experience in property management, housing, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to learn HUD regulations and occupancy requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupancy, tenant applications, certifications, and waiting lists.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies.
• Collect and maintain accurate tenant and property records.
• Address resident concerns and lease compliance issues.
• Coordinate apartment inspections and unit turnovers.
