Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of building construction or inspection experience, including multifamily projects.
• Experience with site inspections, observation records, progress monitoring, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend monthly OAC meetings on-site with project stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly site walkthroughs and evaluate progress against schedule and values.
• Review draw requests, progress reports, costs, and supporting docs for completed work.
• Document findings and prepare objective reports for HUD, owner, and lender.
• Maintain independence and objectivity when interacting with parties involved.
