Job summary

Carmi Wholesale Distributors, LLC is seeking a Full Case Selector to join our team in Carmi, IL. This role involves standing, lifting, carrying, stacking, and building orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You'll work with teammates to hit daily productivity and accuracy targets, adhere to safety procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation. Training is provided.

The Full Case Department is an active, physically demanding work environment. As a Full Case Selector, you'll spend your shift on your feet, moving throughout the warehouse, selecting cases of product, lifting, carrying, stacking, and building orders. The work requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep moving.

What You'll Do

• Select cases of product accurately and efficiently to build customer orders.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack cases throughout your shift.
• Work on your feet and remain physically active for the duration of your shift.
• Build stable, organized pallets that are ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with your teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
