Job summary

Carmi Wholesale Distributors, LLC is seeking a Full Case Selector for our Carmi, IL warehouse. The role involves standing, lifting, and building orders in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with optional freezer duties.

You will move throughout the warehouse, select cases, stack pallets, operate equipment safely, and work with teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Training will be provided, and we value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Select cases of product accurately and efficiently to build customer orders.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack cases throughout your shift.
• Work on your feet and remain physically active for the duration of your shift.
• Build stable, organized pallets that are ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with your teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
