Position Details

• Location: St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford, MA
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift: Day/Evening, 7a-7:30p, with weekend and holiday rotations
• Salary Range: USD $19.19 - USD $25.76 per hour
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 for new hires*
• Seniority Level: Entry level
• Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

Assist in patient care and support activities within the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), a fast-paced environment designed for short-term hospital-based services. Responsibilities include basic patient care, coordination of services, and supporting diagnostic and monitoring activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training
• Massachusetts Nursing Assistant Certification or equivalent
• Current CPR Certification
• At least 3 months of related experience
• Computer skills, including Meditech system knowledge, preferred
• Must be vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
